What information do we collect and how?

We have a variety of forms found throughout our site to help our users such as, requests for brochures, homeowner packs and also for reserving a cottage holiday which require entering personal information. Marsden's uses this information as a basis for notifications to users for "opt-in" emails.

We will also monitor the domains from which people enter the Marsden's website. This information is used to analyse the data for trends and statistics. Subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, different Marsden's websites may capture data for different purposes, which include evaluating our service, planning, and marketing analysis.

If Marsden's were to becomes aware that a individual's personal information provided to use was used in a manner not permitted by this Privacy Policy, we shall make reasonable efforts to notify the affected user, as soon as possible and as permitted by law, of what information has been disclosed, to the extent that we know this information.

Should we update the privacy policy, we will both post the changed version and its effective date onto this page. Concurrently, with any change to the core privacy policy, we will notify known users by email of the change at least 15 days in advance.
