Cornwall is often associated with Firsts!! whether that’s because we have the First and Last of many different forms, Pubs, Pasty’s, Headlands, Villages or even services. However I have just heard that we are to host the very first Raw Fest at the end of August, near Truro. This celebration of ALL things raw, vital and healthy will have demonstrations from top Chef’s of how to enjoy raw vegan food, wild food and herbs. There will be considerations of the physical kind too with yoga and tai-chi sessions, dance workshops, strength training, relaxation and different types of massage. If that is not enough to keep you busy, then you can burn off the extra energy by visiting the live music venue or watch the circus acts and visit the kids activity tent.
