Holiday Cottage Details

The cottage summary aims to give you an accurate description of the property together with several photographs. In almost all cases your cottage rental price is fully inclusive, however, occasionally you may find a small charge for woodburner logs, or for tumble drying where this is a shared facility. In all cases this is stated in the property details. Beds described as 2'6'' we recommend as only suitable for children. Should you require further details regarding the Cornish/Devon cottage or its location please contact us – we will always be happy to give you more information.

Arrival/Departure Times

Access to a Devon and Cornwall holiday cottage is normally from 2pm on the day that your holiday commences and ends at 10am on the day of departure. However, some properties have a later arrival time and this will be stated in the property description and booking confirmation.

Linen and Towels

All of our South West cottages provide bed linen and most also provide towels. These will include a minimum of one bath and one hand towel per person. Please check property details. For two week holidays a change of bed linen and towels, where applicable, will be provided and this will be organised through your housekeeper. We do request that towels are not removed from the property and ask that you bring your own beach towels.
