Holiday Prices for 2012 to 2013

• Prices are per cottage per week (£'s sterling) inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Prices include our Cancellation Protection Scheme.
• In addition to the price a £20 booking fee is charged
• Normal changeover day is Saturday, however some of our South West cottages have a Friday changeover, and occasionally some have a Sunday as detailed in their description.
• If you are uncertain about any of our prices or require any further information please don't hesitate to contact us and our staff will be happy to help you.

When booking...

• Holiday cottages booked more than eight weeks before your stay will require a deposit which is one third of the total holiday cost (this cost includes our cottage booking fee and any pets charges). The balance will be due eight weeks before your holidays starts.
• Holidays booked less than eight weeks before your stay will require full payment, together with any extras and our £20 booking fee.
• Before placing any booking you should refer to our booking Conditions and General Information.

We have tried to give us much information as possible to help you make the right choice. There is always someone in our office who has seen all of our self-catering cottages and will be happy to help you. Together with our local extensive knowledge of the area we are pleased to advise on how to get the most out of your cottage holiday.
