Short breaks in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset....

Nearly all of our Devon cottages, Cornwall cottages and Somerset cottages are available all year and are booked weekly in high season from approximately May Bank Holiday to the end of August and also during public holidays.

However, during the remainder of the year we welcome short breaks on the majority of our cottages in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset.

Short Break bookings in The South West  can start on any day of the week and are flexible and good value for money.

The rental of a 3 night break is 75% of the weekly tariff for that period, 4 nights is 80% and 5 nights is 85%.

A Short Break in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset beginning on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday means that the rent for the following Saturday applies.

Devon, Cornwall and Somerset Short Breaks beginning Sunday, Monday or Tuesday the rent for the previous Saturday applies.
