Devon Beach Court is located on The Esplanade in Woolacombe, only a short stroll; to the sandy beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. We have two apartments available all year round offering a choice of accommodation for families or couples. They are a perfect base from which to explore this dramatic coastline. The parking is located behind the building with a rear entrance situated on the third floor and a useful lift. The front entrance is directly off The Esplanade.
This modern first floor apartment is in a spectacular location on the main sea front in Woolacombe, with a short walk to the beach and shops. A spacious modern living/dining room with cosy leather sofas is adjacent to the compact, well equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms are of a good size, the double is ensuite with a door opening on to the large decked patio and there is also a separate family bathroom. You can enjoy the sea view looking over the neighboring patio. The apartment makes a perfect holiday base opposite this wonderful beach.

Kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 with Double and ensuite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 2 with Double and Single. Bathroom with bath, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Gas CH. Decked patio roof garden. Patio furniture. Private parking for 1 car. Regret no pets. No smoking. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
