Imaginatively designed to allow garden access from all rooms, the main entrance is on the upper level. French doors lead in from the patio to the stylish and spacious open plan living room with an impressive vaulted ceiling and character beams. Light and bright throughout with comfy leather sofas and attractive fitted kitchen/dining area this really is a lovely living space. A solid wood staircase leads down to the lower level and two pretty bedrooms, with doors out onto the garden, are served by a separate modern bathroom. Outside, this charming cottage has a private level lawned garden and patio enjoying a stunning rural outlook and there is direct access to twelve acres of meadowland with a stream running through, occasionally used by the owners sheep and shetland pony.  For couples or small families Ashtree Cottage is a true delight and guests will love to return again and again.
