Access from Colan Barton into Little Barton is gained by unlocking doors from both properties on the upstairs landing and downstairs rear hallway. This combination then offers spacious accommodation for up to 15 guests. Gwel an Lagen and Bos Lowen the two contemporary and characterful studio cottages are adjacent to Colan Barton, in their own spacious paddock area. As you approach the pretty hamlet of Colan, glimpsing further woods and valleys all around, you know you are in the depths of the Cornish countryside, yet the stunning Cornwall coast with world renowned surfing beaches is just a short car journey away. Uniquely situated as a holiday home, Bos Lowen is adjacent to its sister property, Gwel an Lagen. Formerly the workshops and before that the farm piggery, the two studios have been transformed into cosy self-catering cornish cottages, perfect for a couple to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Colan Barton estate.With access to a large paddock with pond and woodland you will soon relax into your well-equipped hide-away. Positioned 30 yards away from the main house you are totally independent but can be booked as part of Colan Barton if desired. Bos Lowen has been imaginatively transformed with attention to detail and quality fitments. From your open patio area, entrance is via a stable door into the kitchen / dining room with slate flooring and bespoke kitchen. Three steps down lead to the spacious vaulted living - sleeping area. A large comfortable sofa and a log burner on a raised hearth add a welcome homely and romantic touch. Relax by watching TV with Freeview, play DVD's or listen to music on the I-Pod docking station with CD player and radio. The bathroom is equally spacious with contemporary quality fittings and beautifully tiled floors and walls. We are sure you will enjoy many peaceful moments and the enchanting surrounding area has a quite magical feel.
