The wide sandy beach with its gentle tidal waters is ideal for families and during the summer a variety of water sports are enjoyed out in the bay. The spacious living room has full width patio doors opening onto the balcony, ideal for leisurely breakfasts or simply relaxing whilst taking in the lovely views, the modern kitchen / dining room is extremely well equipped. Both bedrooms, located to the rear with views across the gardens, have a high quality feel and are served by a separate modern family bathroom. The Tarka Trail can be joined almost from the doorstep and many family attractions are within a short drive.
