Bowood Barn is a delightful detached cottage set in a quiet rural area just a ten minute drive from Instow, Great Torrington, Bideford and Barnstaple. Renovated from an old dairy to a high standard, it is set in the owners own tranquil flower filled garden bordered by trout streams. To ensure year round comfort the open plan living room benefits from a woodburning stove, and is complemented with a reclaimed pine floor and vaulted beamed ceiling, together with the modern kitchen area which sits to one side. Accommodation is all on one level and includes a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom. The cottage is in a good location for exploring the area with quick access to the North Devon Link road, RHS Rosemoor is only a short drive away. A peaceful retreat with woodland walks on the doorstep, Bowood Barn is an ideal place to relax and unwind.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Open plan living/kitchen/dining room with TV with freeview, and woodburning stove. Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Tumble dryer also available. Bedroom with Double. Bathroom with bath and fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Oil CH. No cot is provided, please bring your own travel cot. Complimentary basket of logs. 3 pets welcome. Parking. No smoking. Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
