The rear garden is completely private and fully enclosed, mostly laid with pebbles and with flower borders and a shallow trickling brook running alongside. There is a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants nearby and the larger sandy beaches of Woolacombe or Croyde are just a short drive away. There are numerous country and coastal walks nearby which offer wonderful panoramic views over the village and out to sea and for younger family members, The Dinosaur and Wildlife Park is just on the edge of the village.
