Peacefully located only a few hundred yards from the centre of Lynton and approached by an unmade road and shared driveway, this detached chalet style bungalow is stylish and comfortable throughout. There are wonderful views from the large window in the living/dining room and a coal effect electric fire makes it cosy all year round.  An attractive sun lounge has patio doors onto the small level lawn, and the galley style kitchen is modern and well equipped. With views over roof tops and beyond to the sea, the master double bedroom has an ensuite shower room. The second double also enjoys a sea view, whilst the twin has woodland views and both are served by a family bathroom. The gardens are mostly lawned with borders and with an area of sloping lawn to the side there are some uneven areas in part. Lynton enjoys a wide range of local facilities, and Byways offers the perfect place to relax at the end of a busy day.
