Both apartments are situated on the ground floor with easy access for families or less mobile guests. Private allocated parking is to the front of the building and apartment one has easy ramped access. As the apartments are adjacent to each other they can be booked together to sleep ten in total, ideal for the larger family. Apartment one welcomes a pet and has a reduced tariff for couples in low season
Only a stone's throw from Woolacombe's lovely beach, this spacious and stylish ground floor apartment has all the modern home comforts you would expect. Entering through the tiled hallway leads you to the living room with oak flooring and Victorian fireplace with gas fire and this gives access to the small front terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the beach. The spacious contemporary kitchen/diner, with solid beech worktops and original pine flooring is all well equipped, with a large table for family gatherings. Very good facilities are provided with three bedrooms, the master bedroom having an ensuite. There is also a separate family shower room and a further bathroom off the hallway. The shared rear patio which provides surf board and wetsuit racks is accessed from the second bedroom. Steps leads up to a large shared decked area, a shelterd sun trap with a view to the beach. This tranquil apartment provides the perfect location for holidays at any time of the year.
