With marvellous views of both the beautiful Lynmouth coastline and the wooded valley rising towards Watersmeet, this comfortable and spacious holiday retreat dating from the 19th century is quite a find. Stylishly furnished and full of character it features a wonderfully spacious and comfortable living / dining room with stripped wooden floorboards and a vaulted ceiling with impressive 'A' frame oak beams providing a real wow factor, with captivating sea views by day and  mood lighting to create a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere in the evening. Double French doors open onto a pretty balcony perfect for just watching the world go by. The spacious kitchen also has French doors onto a larger second balcony ideal for BBQs or leisurely breakfasts al fresco. There are three bedrooms in total. On the first floor is an attractively presented triple aspect room with a super king bed which can be converted to a twin on request, and a spacious twin room with sea views and a separate shower / utility room. On the second floor an attractive double room with iron bedstead and a generous size bathroom with roll top bath and built in power shower cubicle complete the accommodation.  This wonderful Exmoor village, known as Little Switzerland offers a great choice of restaurants and tea rooms, shops and galleries. Spectacular coastal walks are close by with the Two Moors Way actually passing by the door, so whether you are looking for an active holiday or relaxing break, there is something for everyone.

Bathroom with bath, separate power shower cubicle, WC and basin.
