The owner occasionally uses an adjacent office, however your privacy is totally respected. Spacious and welcoming inside featuring light oak beams, wooden flooring and contemporary furnishings,with a comfortable living/dining room. The modern kitchen is well equipped to prepare a romantic meal and the stylish bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. With a wonderful riverside setting, Barnstaple has a theatre, cinema, huge range of restaurants, shops and the famous Pannier Market. There is much to do close by and yet within minutes you can be in the peaceful and beautiful Devonshire countryside.
