The sofa can convert to a bed if required, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. A solid oak staircase rises to the first floor where a double bedroom with lovely views is served by a pristine modern shower room. Guests can take a gentle stroll to nearby village of Georgeham, half a mile away, and find a village shop and Post Office together with The Rock, a traditional 17th century Free House, with a great reputation for good food, or hop in the car to a choice of fabulous beaches. If you are looking for a romantic hideaway or high quality base from which to explore the North Devon area, the Hop House is a great choice.
