From the charming hallway, as often found in cottages of this age, the bathroom is on the ground floor while upstairs are three stylish bedrooms and a convenient cloakroom. Good size private lawned gardens are to the rear, with a small covered pond; please take care with small children. Marwood Hill Gardens just up the road is well worth a visit, especially if you treat yourself to a Devon cream tea in the garden room. Huish Cottage is ideal for families or couples, beach lovers will appreciate the close proximity to Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe or perhaps travel a little further afield to explore beautiful Exmoor National Park and the twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth.
