The Knapps is a detached bungalow overlooking the Bristol Channel and on the edge of Exmoor National Park. With only one mile to Combe Martin's small cove and within a fifteen minute drive of Woolacombe's award winning blue flag sandy beach. The bungalow is located on the outskirts of the pretty village of Berrynarbor, with its Post Office, community shop and public house. The living room is double aspect, and complemented by the adjoining conservatory, which has stunning views across the garden to open countryside and the sea. Comfortable throughout, with an oak kitchen and utility room, it is well equipped. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The enclosed front and rear gardens have a patio and two steps down to a level lawned area. The Knapps is within easy walking distance of the South West Coast Path, and is an ideal location at any time of year.
