A modern oak kitchen and utility room are well equipped. Two pretty bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the accommodation. The enclosed front and rear gardens have a patio and level lawn. For enthusiastic walkers The Knapps is within easy walking distance of the South West Coast Path and is an ideal location at any time of year.
