The stylish open plan living room features a wood burning stove, comfy leather sofa, kitchen area to the rear and a spiral staircase leading to the attractive galleried bedroom with vaulted ceiling. Double French doors open out on to a sunny private patio and an area of garden has also been set aside especially for guests  beside the River Heddon, a lovely spot to sit and relax after a busy day exploring the beautiful Exmoor countryside. A stroll down the lane brings you to the welcoming local pub serving a variety of rustic dishes and locally caught seafood. Situated just south of the stunning Exmoor coastline the twin villages of Lynton and Lynmouth are 5 miles away, and for a change of scene the popular golden beaches of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde are within easy reach making Little Barn a great choice at any time of year.

Accommodation: Ground floor: Open plan living room with dining area, TV with freeview, DVD and stereo. Kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and microwave. A washing machine is housed in a separate outbuilding. Shower room with WC and basin. First floor: Mezzanine bedroom with Double.
