Moonstones is a fabulous detached bungalow situated just a very short stroll from the fantastic surfing and sandy beach at Holywell Bay, with direct access onto the sand dunes from the rear garden. Perfect for larger family groups, friends or couples away together, the spacious open plan design is light, bright and welcoming. The large picture windows allow lovely views over the rear terrace and garden, to the National Trust dunes and Holywell Bay Golf Club. Holywell Bay is a dog friendly beach all year round and Moonstones allows up to two well behaved dogs by arrangement , so your four legged friend can also holiday with you. Birdwatchers will love the surrounding area not only for the native Cornish Choughs recently seen in the garden, but also for the waders on the shoreline. Furnished in a contemporary style, with separate dining and sitting areas, Moonstones is a real home from home and will soon become a firm favourite. Comfortable sofas around the impressive fireplace, complete with attractive log burner and slate hearth, are perfect for cooler evenings or cosy winter breaks. The bespoke modern fitted kitchen has attractive pink granite worktops and pearlescent glass tiles and is extremely well equipped. There are four stylishly presented bedrooms. The master double room, with king size bed, features an en-suite shower room with monsoon power shower. It has its own direct access on to the elevated rear terrace area. A second, twin room, possible option to king-size, also has its own door opening on to the terrace, ideal for "two family" self-catering holidays. Bedroom three is a twin room with views to the front garden. Bedroom four is also a twin offering further flexible sleeping arrangements. These three rooms are served by a large family bathroom with power shower over a roomy bath. The very private sunny rear garden with lawns and patio terrace area is fully enclosed and a wonderful spot to enjoy leisurely barbecues or just relax and unwind. Guests are welcome to use the main full length utility space for storage of surfboards or cycles and there is ample parking for four cars on the block pavoir driveway. Wi-Fi availability means you can even bring work along with you, if you can tear yourself away from the beach to do it. As well as 2 local Pubs close by, there are some fantastic dining opportunities with Fifteen at Watergate Bay only 9 miles distant and Padstow with its world famous chef's, a further 12 miles. Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with direct access to a wonderful sandy beach, miles of coastal walks, golf adjacent, horse riding and 2 separate course fisheries nearby, Moonstones really is the ideal base for a great family seaside getaway.
