One of a select development of eight apartments in a highly desirable position, where visitors can enjoy the 'best of both worlds'. Quietly situated, with no passing traffic, yet within earshot of the crashing waves and a very short walk of all the shops, bars and quality restaurants - many of which serve excellent local seafood and include views of often spectacular sunsets over the ocean. The award winning 'Blue Flag' beach is just 500 yards level walk away, offering miles of golden sands, and certified clean waters with surfing tuition and equipment hire available locally. Mortehoe, with its breathtaking National Trust clifftop footpaths is also less than two miles beyond the smaller sand and shingle cove beaches of Grunta and Barricane. Horse-riding and rock climbing are also popular activities in and around the sands, and the glorious undulating countryside and dramatic coastline of Exmoor is also within a very scenic 10 mile drive.

The apartments have been completed to a very high specification and offer not only tranquil surroundings from which to enjoy all that the area has to offer, but also high quality interiors, thoughtfully laid out and equipped throughout. Each is also heavily sound-proofed and insulated.
