Privately owned detached holiday lodge in peaceful and very scenic location overlooking the nearby fishing lakes, golf course and surrounding countryside. Set well back from the major link road between Bideford and Bude the lodge offers a truly relaxing home from home. The Park is situated on the edge of Hartland Forest, which is home to many roaming red deer. The Finnish pine lodge is just right for that holiday in the countryside and the views from the lodge and the decking area are wonderful. The design means it is cool in summer and warm in winter, ideal for all year round use. The accommodation is well equipped offering a comfortable standard throughout and with double glazing and electric heating to provide year round warmth. Three bedrooms with built-in fitments - King-size double with lake views and with en-suite bathroom/wc and shower over bath. Two twin bedded (one with lake views). Shower room/wc. Spacious living/dining room with flat screen TV, video, DVD, CD/radio, very comfortable suite with double bed-settee and door to fully enclosed decked verandah with garden furniture and BBQ unit. Fully fitted kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Two individual parking bays are provided.

The dramatic National Trust coastline around Hartland and picturesque fishing villages and coves of Clovelly and Bucks Mills are less than 5 miles distant. Wide, sandy surfing beaches at Bude or Westward Ho! and the historic port, shopping and antiques centre of Bideford are also just a short, scenic drive away. There are character inns, village stores and a choice of quality restaurants nearby. Guests can use the excellent private leisure facilities of Penstowe Holiday Resort, (charges will apply) including indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, jacuzzi, tennis, badminton and squash courts, within a scenic 10 mile drive. Visitors to the lodge have free of charge unrestricted use (during daylight hours) of the 2 well stocked fishing lakes adjacent to the lodge.
