The pretty stable door opens into a spacious and comfortable living room with wood burning stove, perfect for cosy evenings at any time of year. From the inner hallway, a kitchen / dining room with modern fitted units features an original Rayburn which adds to the charm. There are two bedrooms, a master double room and a twin room, both served by a pristine modern separate family bathroom. Situated in the heart of the village just a short stroll from the Main Street and famous cliff railway which runs down to the pretty coastal village of Lynmouth, it is an ideal base for walkers wishing to explore this beautiful area. The Crown Pub and Hotel, directly opposite, offers a wide range of dining options in the pub bar and restaurant and has live music events each week, so you will never have far to go to enjoy an evening out.  

Accommodation: Ground floor Living room with wood burning stove, TV with Freesat and DVD. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. A launderette is just around the corner. Bedroom 1 with King. Bedroom 2 with Twin one of which is 2'6".  Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, WC and basin.
