On the first floor a twin room with original feature fireplace and a single room are both served by a shower room and separate cloakroom. This floor also features a pretty garden/sitting room with French doors opening on to the rear decked terrace and steep steps up into the raised and layered gardens, which although fabulous for adults, may be unsuitable for small children. The stylish master bedroom on the second floor enjoys wonderful sea views in one direction and beautiful countryside views in the other and is served by a spacious bathroom with roll top bath. Lynton has a special mix of galleries, crafts and antique shops together with pubs and restaurants. The walk down to Lynmouth is a must and the ride back on the famous cliff railway is always enjoyable.
