Across the hall to the left is a spacious dual aspect dining kitchen with rustic style beech units and butler sink with slate surround, complemented by a limestone tiled floor. A rear door  leads out onto the small private  courtyard. Upstairs are three attractive bedrooms all served by a family bathroom and separate cloakroom.  The master double and a twin room enjoy views across the river and the second twin room is at the rear.  Many examples of the beauty of Exmoor National Park are nearby including the Doone Valley, Valley of the Rocks, Woody Bay and the Brendon Hills. Relax in the sunny front  paved garden with the sound of the river as it winds its way down to the sea or stroll down to the harbour and jump aboard the cliff railway to Lynton. This pretty cottage is in a perfect location for keen walkers and family groups and a lovely home to return to after a busy day.
