The configuration of bedrooms is ideal for a two family holiday as on the ground floor you will find an attractive double bedroom with its own ensuite shower room and a twin bedroom served by a separate shower room. Upstairs, accessed from the spacious galleried landing are further double and twin bedrooms served by a splendid contemporary bathroom. Imagine enjoying a barbecue or al fresco meal on a warm summers evening in the very private lawned garden with panoramic countryside views, just perfect! Although its seems as if you are in the countryside, the centre of the village is only a five minute stroll away and has a great selection of shops, restaurants and pubs. Stunning Saunton beach is just a five minute drive away and the pretty coastal village of Croyde a little further. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Shower room with WC and basin. First floor: Bedroom 3 with Double and  TV with freeview. Bedroom 4 with Twin. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle, WC and basin.
