With everything you could need for a great coastal holiday within walking distance of your front door, this impressive holiday home in Westward Ho! is perfect for families and groups. The maritime village has plenty to offer visitors of all ages, from seaside amusements for the kids to bars and restaurants for a romantic night out. An enclosed garden and balcony with sea views ensure that the holiday vibe doesn’t end when you get home for the evening.

The enclosed patio is located at the front of the property to catch the morning sun while you enjoy breakfast among the colourful plants at the large outdoor dining table. The interior is filled with character and in a reversed layout with the bright and lovingly styled bedrooms all found on the ground floor as well as a tasteful separate bathroom. The master of the two king-size bedrooms has an en-suite shower room, and French doors to the patio - ideal for letting the morning breeze drift in. The entire upstairs floor is dedicated to a gorgeous open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, featuring a central kitchen island and is great for entertaining. The sheer scale of this shared area, as well as the grand sofa, balcony and coastal touches, means it feels like your own personal seaside resort.

Golf enthusiasts can visit the North Devon Golf Club, or dog walkers may pass it on the way to North Burrows Country Park, both found within the limits of Westward Ho! The sandy beach itself is also within walking distance. For a day further afield, families are sure to love a boat trip to Lundy Island for wildlife spotting - boats leave regularly in the summer 4 miles away from Bideford.

Very nice property, clean and well equipped. Ideal location near the beach, shops and local bus stop. Can park the car, two spaces, and leave for the door the holiday.

A nice, bright and airy house in a fabulous location. The two parking spaces are invaluable and the house is generally very well appointed and clean. There is Tesco Express within 100m and the beach is about the same. We would also recommend the Pig and Olive restaurant which is just down the road.

Lovely house in a fantastic location we have stayed in several properties in Westward Ho and for location this was the best particularly having two young grandchildren with us it was only 5 minutes to the beach amusements and other entertainments we also enjoyed watching the cricket from the balcony

Location is perfect and very close to the shops, beach, amusements, restaurants, but with the cricket pitch to give you a buffer. Great host and worth every penny.

Fantastic location as it is within easy reach of the beach, shops and restaurants. The house itself was clean, well equipped and had everything needed for a week away. The welcome scones were a lovely touch!!

A fantastic well equipped property in an excellent position. We have stayed in Westward Ho! a number of times and this is the best house we have stayed in. Good quality appliances and crockery. Howzat is a lovely house with everything you could possibly need. The house is spotless. The location is perfect if you want a quiet relaxing holiday with bars, restaurants, cafes and shops a short walk away. Howzat is a really super holiday home. The location is great with a lovely view over the cricket pitch. The house is really well equipped and everything was sparkling clean. You can sit on the balcony and watch the surfers carrying their boards past! (Unless you're surfing yourself of course!) Good parking too.
