We all had a great time. The house is in a brilliant location, just a few minutes walk from the beach and pubs. The house was very clean and comfortable and the garden and hot tub were great places to relax after days out. Sarah was very friendly and helpful.

We had a great week celebrating New Year with friends at Sandbars. Everything we could have asked for was at hand, the pool table was a huge hit, as was the hot tub. It sounds obvious but having a nice big dining table with seating for all eight of us was great for eating together and playing board games with the kids. Lovely modern and spacious roRead moreoms upstairs as well. The location is also excellent with access to Instow beach and 3 pubs only 5 mins walk away. Highly recommend! Hide

We had a really fabulous week with some very warm weather for a few days. The house is ideal for a family, plenty of room, comfortable and well equipped with everything you'd need. The garden is fantastic and we were able to eat out there on several evenings, the electric sun shade is so useful and a thoughtful addition to the house, it meant we coRead moreuld sit in the shade during the hottest parts of the day. Restaurants, Johns deli and the beaches were all close by. Beautiful unspoilt village. Hide

A really lovely house in a great location. Well equipped, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the area and Sandbars was always a pleasure to come back to at the end of the day. Hot tub and pool table a real bonus. Instow is a lovely village with amazing dog friendly beach. Would recommend and can't wait to return.

A well equipped clean modern house in a quiet cul-de-sac only 10 mins walk from Instow estuary. Small safe secure garden for dogs. Good location for visiting places in north Devon. Hot tub is great but temp is high (40C) as mentioned by several previous reviewers. Would recommend property to others.

Lovely house for our multigenerational group of 6 adults 2 children and a baby. Good facilities and location near the beach and Tarka trail. Great to have the games room. Good quality towels, bed linen, crockery and utensils. Hot tub a bit too hot - fixed at 40c and can be a bit noisy outside when the house next door is using theirs.
