For days spent at the beach, Saunton Sands is just a 2.5-mile drive away and is well-known for its surfing and swimming. Croyde Beach, a further 5 miles, is another great spot for a picnic or a day at the beach. Adventurers can take to the South West Coast Path for stunning coastal views or the Tarka Trail for 180 miles of traffic-free countryside trails.

We stayed at South Street Farm while visiting family in Braunton. It was clean, comfortable, very well equipped and finding a cottage so central to Braunton with parking was an added bonus. We will definitely stay again!!

We had a great stay in this lovely cottage. The location was brilliant and really close to the bars and restaurants of Braunton with easy access to the local area. We appreciated the pint of milk in the fridge and the ginger nut biscuits, thank you :)

We loved staying at South Street Farm. Its a lovely centrally located cottage. It was perfect for the 5 of us, with a large living area with 2 big sofas. It was great to have 2 bathrooms. Beds were super comfy and the large bath sheets were very nice. We would definitely stay again.

We honestly could not have asked for a better holiday home for our week in Devon. We travelled with elderly parents and young children and your home was perfect for both. We had the very best time and will definitely be booking again. The property has damp problems, it even has mould forming in places. The shower room needs to be refurbished, the shower unit is falling apart. The base 'wobbles' when you stand on it, the shower head keeps falling from it's cradle and the door panels are partially off their runners.

The properties are always as described and comfortable. Some times, there are no oven gloves, which we think is a necessity. We always take our own, just in case!

Lovely cottage close to wedding venue. Well equipped, lovely and clean with lots of hot water. Nick was very helpful allowing us to stay an extra hour on the morning we left.
