Entering the spacious hallway, go through to the galley kitchen, with everything you need and a handy hatch to the lounge/diner. Kick back on the plush sofas in the lounge, where there’s exposed stonework, wooden beams, and a cosy wood burner that your canine companion will love. Two of the four bedrooms are on the first floor - a double and a twin - along with the large family bathroom and a separate WC. The other two bedrooms are on the second floor - a double and a twin - and a second bathroom. The enclosed garden has garden furniture and a gas BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco, and a lawn where kids and canines can play.
Beer is a pretty village on the Jurassic Coast and has a shingle bay where fresh fish is landed daily – you can also book a mackerel fishing trip from the beach in the summer. There are pubs, cafes and restaurants in Beer serving delicious local produce and seafood. Head out for a wander along the stunning coast path for breathtaking views' Beer to Branscombe is a 5-mile circular trail. For a fun family outing, head to Bicton Gardens (13 miles), Crealy Adventure Park (16 miles), and the Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary (5.5 miles).
