This splendid, spacious holiday home is perfect for families and groups of friends, with easy access to Devon’s coastlines and beautiful countryside. Relax together and spot wildlife in this idyllic setting. The nearby market town of Honiton (1 mile) offers independent shops, bustling street markets and eateries. Broadhembury (3 miles) is a must-visit and one of the most beautiful villages in Devon, where you can enjoy a circular walk before eating at the local pub.

Step into this impressive, lakeside house at ground-floor level and find a beautiful, galleried landing full of natural light. A super-king-size bedroom and a luxurious family shower room are on this level. A chic, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is on the lower ground floor. This stylish space has plenty of glass for a relaxing ambience, pretty views, and doors that open onto a large patio area, allowing seamless indoor/outdoor living. The contemporary kitchen has all the appliances you need to make meal preparation a breeze, while a breakfast bar keeps things casual. There is also a family dining area.
