A delightful detached stone built cottage enjoying a peaceful and private location, at the end of a short lane, amidst North Devons lovely countryside in the small village of Muddiford. In a split level style the open plan living space is light and bright with character beams into a pine clad apex roof. This lovely room has comfy sofas and door out onto the patio at one end, and a well equiped kitchen with dining area to the other. The two bedrooms, both having doors onto the garden and a separate compact bathroom are on the lower level. A private level lawned garden and patio enjoy a rural outlook and there is direct access to twelve acres of meadowland with a stream running through, occasionally used by the owners pets including an alpaca , sheep and shetland pony. Within only a short drive of all local beaches and easy driving distance of Ilfracombe, Woolacombe and Combe Martin amenities, Ashtree Cottage is an extremely comfortable and convenient place to stay.
