Occupying a corner of the courtyard, Buttery Barn has been successfully converted to include the needs of the less mobile with ramp access. Entrance into spacious, open plan living/dining room which features arched windows overlooking the courtyard with French doors onto the rear decked terrace and access to the lawned garden. Leather sofas and a gas woodburning effect stove complete the homely welcome. A separate kitchen has white cottage style units and flagstone floor. There is a single ground floor bedroom with profiling bed, wet room and roll in shower; all principal rooms on the ground floor are on one level. Open tread stairs lead to an open galleried landing and two bedrooms, the double bedroom having a sleigh bed, and both bedrooms with Velux windows. A single day bed is made available on the galleried landing for additional or alternative sleeping arrangements. A separate shower room serves these rooms. Panoramic views across open countryside and the coast towards Bideford Bay can be enjoyed from the expansive lawned garden with ramp access and decked terrace at the rear.
