Just to the edge as you enter the courtyard you will find Carriage House. The living room is open plan with kitchen and dining areas and has lovely feature arched windows and natural wood flooring. Many homely touches include a video library, books, games and home from home comforts. The kitchen area has natural beech work surfaces, with a breakfast bar and stools as well as an oak dining table. One step up leads to a double ground floor bedroom with an ensuite and a large picture window overlooking the courtyard. The two remaining twin bedrooms are on the first floor and have sloping ceilings and Velux windows. A separate bathroom serves these rooms which also has sloping ceilings and beams with some restricted headroom. To the side of the property is a small patio area, and in addition, ample communal lawned gardens provide an opportunity for children to run and play. A secure shed is provided for wetsuits, surfboards or bicycles.
