The Coach House has been carefully restored creating a real home from home. Being semi detached in a courtyard of three properties, there is plenty of storage in the garage for bikes and surfboards. An enclosed paved patio sits to the front and side of the cottage. The stable door entrance opens into the hallway on the ground floor with two bedrooms, the double having an ensuite. Upstairs the main living area benefits from lovely rural views and cosy sofas surround the open fireplace with exposed beams and latch doors. There is a separate dining room and modern galley kitchen with wooden beech work surfaces. A family bathroom with white suite is also on this level. Quietly located in the hamlet of Kingsheanton, all of North Devons attractions and sandy beaches are within a short drive and Braunton is only three miles distance. Within a five minute walk there is a good local pub in the adjacent village of Prixford. A welcome treat any time of year.
