Tucked away on a quiet corner close to the ancient parish church and within walking distance of the village centre sits Florin Cottage. Formerly a village inn, the building has been converted to provide a terrace of three cottages with the added benefit of private parking. Delightful inside and out this character property skilfully combines authentic original features with stylish modern design. On entering the small hallway to the right is a large light and airy living room with double aspect windows and deep sills crafted in oak taken from the original inns bar! Beautifully presented and with comfy sofas surrounding the attractive brick fireplace, an open fire creates a warm welcome at any time of year. A useful cloakroom leads off. To the left of the hall a spacious dining kitchen, with space for your surfboard, is attractively fitted with beech units complemented by slate style flooring and a pretty stable door opens onto a small courtyard style patio area shared with the other two cottages. A central staircase leads up to the spacious landing and three bedrooms with vaulted ceilings are all served by a separate modern bathroom. Braunton offers a good selection of delicatessens, gift and craft shops, and many pubs ands restaurants are almost on your doorstep. Nearby Saunton has a wonderful three mile stretch of sandy beach which borders the Braunton Burrows, an exquisite area of natural beauty, and the popular surfing beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe are just a short drive away.

Kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. First floor: Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin "zip n link" option to King on request and TV/DVD Bedroom 3 with Bunk. Bathroom with bath with fitted shower over bath, WC and basin.
