Surrounded by delightful gardens and with countryside views in this quiet area of Braunton, The Garden Flat is detached from the owners own home within a short walk of the village, and a few minutes drive to the beaches at Croyde and Saunton. The flat is situated just behind the new pink studio in the picture. The entrance is on the ground floor together with the twin bedded room. Upstairs you will find the living room, bathroom and compact double bedroom. The light and airy living room, with cosy log-burning effect electric fire and modern kitchen area overlook the lovely garden to be enjoyed by all. Large and attractive garden laid with lawns, fish ponds, borders and shrubs. There is a special area adjacent to the flat set aside for guests with a patio. Guests can also enjoy the swimming pool in the grounds during the peak season (children need to be supervised at all times). The garden can be accessed at ground floor level. The owners take particular pride in their garden, opened under the National Gardens Scheme on selected days in the summer (please ask for details). An ideal sheltered spot and convenient throughout the year.
