Inglenook is an attractive semi-detached character cottage nestling in the heart of Instow village amidst other cottages and the village school. With Oak beams and latch doors throughout, the focal point of the comfortable living/dining room is the attractive inglenook fireplace and woodburning stove, ideal for cosy evenings throughout the year. The kitchen features a butler sink and there is a further outside utility area. With views of the estuary and additional seating, the conservatory has a quarry tiled floor and door out onto the garden and small lawn. Both bedrooms are on the first floor and share a newly fitted stylish family bathroom with roll top bath. This lovely part of the village sits in an elevated position overlooking the wide estuary and out to the sea beyond. A comfortable ten minute walk will take you down to the beach and marine parade in Instow with a good selection of pubs, shops and restaurants many specialising in locally caught seafood. With its welcoming atmosphere and pretty surroundings Inglenook has become a firm favourite with regular guests.
