This lovingly restored detached stone cottage sits in an elevated position on the main village street in Combe Martin. From here two steps lead up to the large dining kitchen attractively fitted with cream units complemented by beech worktops and slate style flooring. A useful utility room with separate cloakroom provides storage for beach equipment. The open plan stairs lead to four bedrooms, the double having a pretty Juliette balcony with views over the surrounding countryside and gleaming ensuite shower room. The twin room and further two single rooms are served by a separate stylish bathroom. One of the single rooms has a double bed, ideal for flexible sleeping arrangements. At the rear of the cottage a decked terrace and pretty tiered lawn and garden offer a great outdoor space for barbecues and relaxation. Combe Martin is perfect for family holidays with a large expanse of golden sand at low tide, and numerous footpaths and bridleways for walking or cycling in the nearby countryside.
