It is one of eight apartments and once inside the spacious interior is all on one level with only a small step between the second bedroom and dining room. With the large entrance hallway there is plenty of storage space. The modern living room has a cosy leather sofa and chair and features an electric woodburning style stove. French doors provide access onto a small decked patio and garden which overlooks the village and beach. This room together with the double bedroom, featuring a brass bed, enjoy sea views. The family bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen off the hallway. Granite work surfaces complement maple units in the kitchen, which is located to the rear of the apartment. A separate dining room with modern oak table and leather back chairs provides access through to the twin bedroom. Deceptively spacious inside, Tamarin is stylish and well presented with a combination of laminate flooring and rugs. The car parking area is to the rear of the buiding with the entrance at the side of the adjacent property, the apartment is then approached by steps, although you may unload in front. Within only a stones throw of the beach, local shops and restaurants, it makes a very convenient destination any time of year.
