Bude sits on the borders of Devon and Cornwall with good facilities and is an ideal touring base, with Dartmoor and the Eden Project within easy reach.
The beaches are on the South West Coast Path, with cliff and coastal walks. Sandymouth is a long two mile beach made up of pebbles with an expanse of sand.
The small bay of Crooklets is due north of Summerleaze, a sandy beach with dunes, both beaches adjoin at low tide.
