Approached by country lanes, Clifton Court is two miles from Croyde and three miles from Woolacombe. Both villages have a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartments at Clifton Court are arranged on four levels. Access to the building is on level three and all are approached by a variable number of steps depending on the location, detailed information available on request.

There are designated parking spaces for each apartment together with limited additional guest parking. All apartments have individual views over the sands stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point. A lane at the side of the building leads down to the beach and guests have full use of the indoor heated swimming pool.
