Especially perfect for fishing enthusiasts from the most experienced to the absolute beginner, the cottages overlook lakes stocked with good quality fish, and fishing is available all year round.

Take a walk around the beautiful lakes in the early morning or late evening and enjoy the abundance of wildlife right on your doorstep. Owls, Kestrels, Buzzards and the resident Kingfishers are all regular visitors to the lakes and you may also catch sight of wonderful Red Deer.

Being at the gateway to Exmoor National Park there is always so much to discover, whether walking, cycling or horse riding the stunning landscape with deep wooded valleys and pretty coastal villages is not to be missed.

For fabulous days out the spectacular North Devon Coastline is within easy reach and the stunning golden sands of Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde are perfect for lazy days on the beach or surfing the waves. Perfect for adding a bit of adventure to your Devon holidays.
