A family-owned business founded in 1977, here at Marsdens Cottage Holidays we believe there’s no substitute for knowledge and experience, and there’s no reason why a professional service can’t be personal too. Our sales and reservations staff go the extra mile to make sure that customers choose the right cottage to suit their Devon holiday needs, and our Property Management Team is dedicated to maintaining a regular dialogue on how your property is performing and what we can do to help raise its revenue potential.

Maintaining a mutually beneficial and loyal relationship with homeowners is a priority for us – they are an integral part of our success in this exciting industry and we are delighted that so many of our existing owners have been with us for a number of years.

We keep you updated

Our friendly and efficient team is only ever a phone call away, and we offer various opportunities for staff and homeowners to meet. We keep homeowners abreast of changes in the industry and any associated legislation, while regular e-newsletters carry updates on local events and activities.

Everyone who holidays in Devon with us is sent a Customer Service Questionnaire at the end of their stay, in which they are asked to rate their whole holiday experience and give feedback on what they think of both the property in which they stayed, and the service they received from us. If anything important is highlighted in the Customer Service Questionnaire we make contact with the homeowner immediately, while individual Property Analysis forms are sent to all homeowners at the end of each year.

Peace of mind in an emergency

Our Customer Service Manager offers a high level of support to co-ordinate any emergency or maintenance issues that may arise while your holiday property is let. This not only ensures the smooth-running of the property for your own peace of mind, but also provides an excellent service to our holidaymakers.
