We love nothing more than hearing from our customers and we always invite them to leave feedback on their holiday experience with us once they’ve returned home. This feedback is often as helpful to us as it is to other customers who visit our website as it allows us to identify what works well and if we can improve upon any aspects of our service - and it’s also great just to hear that they’ve had a lovely time on their holiday!
To collect our customers’ feedback, we have teamed up with an independent review platform called Feefo, a company who provide an average Star Rating and an Award Scheme aimed at celebrating high levels of customer service.
We are delighted to have received a Gold Trusted Merchant Award from Feefo in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
Flat 8 Clifton Court - July 2018
Service rating: “I raised a query on the phone on departure regarding the appalling smell due to the septic tank adjacent our flat and the lack of a DVD player in the property. I was a assured of a response but have not received one. Particularly irritating is the fact that i was talking to the Marsden's representative only because I had been contacted by phone at 10.30am on the day of departure to question when we would be vacating and to be reminded that the departure time was 10.00am. This apparently was in response to the cleaners having raised the same query. As we had already vacated, and had done so by the specified 10.00am deadline I was irritated that we were being accused of not complying with the departure deadline. This is very disappointing but frankly I have experienced this level of poor service from Marsdens before. My honest opinion is that Marsden's have little interest in providing a good service once payment has been received. This opinion is the result of experiencing good service from letting companies in other parts of the country and making an objective comparison with the service received from Marsdens.”

Be assured, I have spoken in detail to the owners housekeeper and cleaner and we apologise for them not getting back to you. We will not be following through with regards to requests by the owners cleaners to contact our clients on leaving Clifton Court in the future.
