Brixham Food & Drink

The town has some fantastic options for food and drink. Famous for its fish, it would be wrong to visit Brixham without tasting some of the great seafood on offer.

Owned by acclaimed restaurateur Mitch Tonks, RockFish, proudly sits on the edge of the harbour serving up the freshest fish possible. With breathtaking views across the busy harbour, it also has an outside decking area where you can eat or enjoy a drink whilst watching the sunset over the hill.

Beamers just across the harbour and Poopdeck Restaurant by the quayside are two other great options for sampling the local fish or why not try a delicious local seafood platter.

If seafood is not your thing there are plenty of other great eateries in the town too, including The Cow Shed, Old Market House and Casa Nostra.

If it’s a takeaway you are looking for then fish and chips would be the natural choice and Simply Fish, just off the harbour offers the standard cod or haddock but if you are feeling a little more adventurous there is Gurnard or Squid on offer.
