The Marsdens Team have had a busy year attending various shows, events and helping the local community. You may have seen us at the Braunton Big Summer Bash, North Devon Show, Bideford Expo, Meet the Experts, Croyde Scrumptious Trail or more recently at the Lynmouth Christmas Market. We have also been proud to sponsor some of the popular festivals and fundraising events which have taken place in and around our beautiful part of the country this year, including the Lynmouth Sailing Regatta, Ilfracombe Victorian week and steampunk fest, Mortehoe Scarecrow fest, Braunton Christmas Market and the Woolacombe Santa Stroll.

As a local team, Marsdens have especially enjoyed helping the community with fundraising events, although Oliver may say his experience at the Exmoor Open Water Swim - for which he raised a wonderful £235 for Plastic Free North Devon - was not quite as "enjoyable" as some!

As office Manager, Oliver also helped plant lavendar bushes, to which Marsdens had contributed, at Baggy Point, Croyde, as part of the National Trust's project to create a more welcoming environment for bees and butterflies.

Throughout the year individual team members have been donating items towards the Barnstaple Food Bank and Doorstep appeals and we all plan to continue doing so. Finally, our first MacMillan coffee morning raised £104.50.

We have all been delighted and proud to take part in the fun, festivals and fundraising events throughout the year and we look forward to seeing you at many others in 2020.
