The inviting lounge has an unusual hexagonal layout, with original roof beams looking down on generous seating options. The rustic kitchen/diner is dominated by a large table in its centre, while three inviting bedrooms lie down the hallway: an en-suite king-size bedroom with access to the garden through French doors; and two neatly presented twin bedrooms. A comprehensive family bathroom stands nearby. The enclosed garden’s patio area comes complete with seating, a BBQ and hot tub. Guests are also welcome to explore the farm’s 140 acres.

Pyworthy (1 mile) is a great shout for a family meal out or a quick drink, while Holsworthy (3 miles) offers an impressive array of amenities. Bude (8 miles) is a seaside town home to various beaches that will catch the eye of sunbathers and sandcastle builders. Tamar Lakes (10 miles) is popular with water sports lovers, walkers and fishers. Foodies will be well served at the iconic fishing village of Clovelly (20 miles).
