The Cottage was perfect for two people. We enjoyed the little patio garden and the delightful furnishings inside. There was clear and helpful information about the cottage and the surrounding area.

A beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with character features which made it very cosy. Books, games & DVDs left for guests were very welcome, as was the milk and delicious cake we found on our arrival. A friendly village with excellent pubs that had both good food and plenty of entertainment on offer.

This is a really well equipped and cosy cottage. We stayed over Christmas and it was nicely decorated and warm upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas break at this well appointed cottage. We found the village had a Christmas market, carols around the tree in the market square.

Unbelievable cottage. All amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Great places within an hour either way. We visited Tintagel, Bude, Arlington Court, Woolacombe, Widemouth Bay, Hartland Quay, Docton Mill, Westward Ho! to name a few. The local pubs served good quality food. A local shop and Post Office open every day as needed. I would highly recomRead moremend this cottage and area, with a private village Clovelly not far away either. Cosy cottage which was spotlessly clean. Everything you could want is provided, including electric radiators and a wood fire if you preferred. In a wet February both were welcome. The cottage is very close to the amenities of the super-friendly village of Hartland, yet very quiet as it is tucked away down a little lane.
