Situated in the heart of the town of Brixham with stunning sea views across Torbay, Wiston Cap is an ideal base for exploring the beautiful English Riviera. Bright and airy with plenty of space to relax, this three-floor marine house offers an opportunity to embrace the calming nature of the coast while still being close to pubs, shops and attractions. Wake up to the sound of crashing waves, grab your morning coffee and head out to the first-floor balcony to watch the sun rise.

Whether you’re having breakfast on the balcony or eating dinner on the third-floor roof garden, you’ll feel the peaceful connection with the sea. The decor promotes a tranquil stay in its neutral tones, with coastal features adding some flair. The open-plan living space on the first floor opens out onto the balcony via French doors, while the cosy sofas look straight out at those superb views. Climb the gorgeous open-tread wooden staircase after a long day and snuggle into one of the comfortable beds; in the double room, you’ll wake up to glorious views from the sanctuary of your bed.

Walk along the seafront to Breakwater (0.6 miles) and take advantage of the beach or stroll along the spectacular half-mile structure that juts out into the sea, for panoramic views of the bay and town. Head a further 480 metres to the Shoalstone Outdoor Pool which is great for kids, or climb aboard a boat at the harbour (0.7 miles) for a wildlife trip to see seals, puffins and maybe even dolphins. Neighbouring Torquay (10 miles) also offers plenty for kids, including Dinosaur World and the English Riviera Wheel, running from March to September, which adults will love too.

Winston Cap is a lovely place to stay the views from the balcony are fantastic, the house was very clean plenty of utensils to use the beds were very comfy. Bit of a hill to climb back up if you walked into town. I would recommend it as a place to stay

Lovely house and beautiful views of sea. Not far to walk to the working fishing town. Steep walk back but fine. Good carparking. Lots to do, good local pubs, restaurants, cafes.

Lovely big bath towels. Some lovely artwork ! A great variety of books and games. A very comfortable and airy property with some good quality furniture and crockery with the bonus of a small coffee machine. There was enough of everything that was needed for a short break away. The house was very clean and tidy on arrival. Great views of the harbourRead more and the sea especially from the roof garden. Brixham is very hilly !! Hide

We stayed in Wiston Cap some years ago and it was fab then and continues to be a fab house, speedy wifi, comfy sofas, comfy beds and good views.Well appointed and for Brixham the rarity of having parking for the property. There is a Co-op a short walk/2min drive away so you don't have to go all the way in to Brxiham
